Doodlearth is an ongoing project organised by Serge Seidlitz and Squint/Opera. Various artists were asked to contribute elements of a cityscape which was then made into an animation shown at Designers Block in London. Photos of the event at Doodlearth.
I made some pencil doodles of chocolate shops, ice cream trucks, hair salons and phone booths stuffed with weird creatures and octopus tentacles for ilovedust.
Awesome little set designs that pop-up and unfold to tell their story, so much better than special effects!
